  To start off, this is my first time ordering at Arby's and the food was great. Everything was clean and just comfy. But, the reason I'm writing this review is in hopes of this Maple Grove Arby's to see my comment. When the cashier took my order he was polite and as it seemed did everything correct. At the end he asked for my name and note that, I slowly spelled it out for him, U L I A. When my order is done the (what I think was manager for the black vest) he asked how to say my name, and I said Ulia. He then looked at The cashier and then told me "sorry for him, because he doesn't know how to spell and that he doesn't even know how to pronounce " and other rude comments. If that indeed was the manager then I feel oh so bad for the workers. Having a manager that rude and negative is horrible as I have worked at a fast food before and my managers were always up lifting and positive. I did check my receipt and the cashier DID spell my name right and the fact that the manager said the rude comment in front of all the customers is just so low. Wish I knew both names but I hope I never see or hear that ever again because I'm definitely gonna come back (:

  Great staff, welcoming and friendly. Very clean and fast service. General manager's outgoing personality made my rough day into a better one. The best Arby's I have visited in a long time. Way to go Maple Grove Arby's!
