  Delicious burgers and amazing fries buy it's pricey. I will always choose to eat at Five Guy's over any fast food burger joint. I've never really had much of a wait. The staff could work at keeping tables clean but I can understand its hard when you're incredibly busy.

  Prove very high, taste and quality delicious, fries. OMG like triple the amount of the size of the cup they say it is. Next time we will order a smaller cup.

  Visited on July 16, 2016. The restaurant was not very busy, yet everything was dirty, the trash cans were full, and we could not find a place to sit that was not filthy. Myself and the customers in front of me and behind me all had our orders made inaccurately – they did not custom make one of the burgers the way that they were supposed to, they forgot burgers, forgot fries, and the six people working there were more concerned with standing around and chatting and doing nothing then serving the customers. When a customer came up to let them know that one of her sandwiches were missing, the person behind the counter challenged her and did not believe her and walked into the back room – then one of the other workers found it in a separate bag on the counter by them in the back after all! They did not offer to remake her food either, even though it had been sitting there for quite a while, I am estimating probably 20 minutes. They did not even apologize. The food was not good at all and the fries were soggy, a far cry from the five guys restaurants that I had visited out east and was so looking forward to them coming to Minnesota. This was my first exposure to a five guys restaurant in Minnesota. What a disappointment. If I were the owner of the chain, I would pay more attention to what my franchisees are doing. They are ruining the brand.
