But when you consider just what you are consuming, reconsider the health effects of eating this "food". In fact, fast food like what McDonald's provides lacks any meaningful nutritional value. They add back the nutrients after first removing them and many times the added nutrients are not sufficiently soluble for your system. Find real food out there and not this plasticized food-like substance labeled as "food".April 10, 2017
