  Let me start by saying I'm not one of those bitter customers who didn't get their way and is writing a 0 STAR review out of spite. But I had a truly horrible experience. The last two time I had a pickup order both orders were wrong. Extremely slow service, as I waited in line along with three other families. The cashier was very rude and completely disregarded any issues I had. When I asked to speak to Robert ( the man who I had talked to on the phone about my last couple experiences.) the cashier proceeded to tell me there was no Robert there. Come to find out I spoke to the owner who's name is Dean. So he gave me a fake name. Owner was belligerently ill-mannered, and showed no compassion. Sketchy place, only two men working there, it's no wonder they have a help wanted sign. Extremely slow service, I recommend the Rodgers location, and although it may be farther, trust when I say it's worth the drive.

  For a long time, I was not a fan of Dickey's. However, I gave this restaurant a few opportunities and it earned my business (I since have switched over to a primarily vegan diet). So I no longer frequent Dickey's. But this location for the most part served my family well as far as a decent meal at a fair price.
