  First off just let me put this disclaimer out there. I came with a group of about 19 people. We knew we would probably not be seated together and that was fine. BUT from the way our entire experience was handled you would have thought they have never had a group setting ever. If took FOREVER for everything. Just to even come take out drink orders took over 10 minutes, then another 15 + minutes to even get out drinks. We had people in our group that needed to leave a bit earlier than the rest of us so we asked if they could take their orders first. Which then proceeded to apparently forgetting about the rest of us. From arriving around 1:30, I did not receive food until about 3:00. The servers were very cold at the beginning, and just acted like we were a major inconvience. They knew we were upset but still put no effort into making our experience better. I just feel like everything could have been handled better and we could have been treated better. At the very end they said that they were sorry they had been short staffed etc. I can actually handle the weight, it's the crappy attitudes and lack of trying that upsets me really. Overall the food was good and once they finally took our orders it came out prettt prompt, so kudos to the cooks. But, the front of the house experience was enough for me to never want to go back.
